Arsenal were far from their best. They miss Mead, clearly but more I think they miss Little, who is arguably their most important player. However the goal was so far offside it is embarrassing for the linesman. Even if the offside player did not touch the ball (hard to tell) she was very active and caused the own goal

For me it was an offside goal. Malard is flagged for offside when Giles heads the ball. Malard then clearly goes to the ball. Unfortunately, there is no VAR in the women's Champions League.

Hope Viv recovers well and is Ok. Lyon needed the win and Foord and Maanum not at their best. I like Walti but she is so one-paced. Unsure of the keeper sometimes, a great shot stopper but often undone in the air. At some stage Blackstenius has to click to capitalise on her work-rate.

Lol Viv lashed out and missed the ball then got injured, then these useless women scored an own goal, dismal and depressing as always Women’s Football 🥱

AFC Women's team is stuck in the same kind of rut the Men's team were before Arteta brought in major changes. Jonas Edieval is a top and modern coach but struggling to implement his ideas coz some of our players are lacking in talent to implement his instructions on the pitch. The GK cant catch a ball above her head under any kind of pressure. The forwards lack the finesse and creativity to play the final pass.Without Kim Little pulling the stings this team does not look like a typical Arsenal team. Jonas should be given the support to bring his own players like Wienroither who has been the best player in most games this season.

Feel so sorry for Vivianne Miedema. Those scenes with her on the stretcher and Beth on the sidelines were really heartbreaking. I hope both of them are well.
