    I'm a man utd fan, and i've watched memphis developed in the eredivisie.. he is a good player. He needed playing time and especially support from the club and fans. He didn't get support from the fans after he struggled. Lots of my utd friends were saying, sell sell the flop, b/c he doesn't concentrate on football 100%, he lives lavishly, etc. Well he is a young fella who all of a sudden has lots and lots of money.. what do you think would happened? Remember these guys are not that educated. They live and breathe football. They have a basis education (HAVO/MBO in Dutch). Well, see how he is doing now. Utd has a buyback clause, but i think from what he experienced at utd why would he go back and deal with the intense scrutiny of the english tabloids? I wouldn't if I was him, and I'm a utd fan. Sometimes you gotta think of your own career and development instead of "loyalty" to the club, because when they get the chance to fuck you up, they would without thinking twice (sorry, business is business). I wish Memphis all the luck in the world to develop and also with helping "Oranje" with qualifying for the Euros and beyond.
